Affective on Ethical Applications of Behavioural Science in the leading Swiss Newspaper NZZ

Nudging is reaching the Swiss economy. In collaboration with our clients and Behavioural Science partners from Novartis and Swiss Re, we discussed, for the first time, the important ethical and technical requirements for effective, transparent and evidence-based nudging in the leading Swiss newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung.

The full page editorial and its online version “Nudging: wie Firmen ihre Mitarbeiter beeinflussen, um Fehlverhalten zu verhindern” (German, Paywall) reflects on successful implementations of behavioural science insights in practice and provides an outlook on the future of our emerging field in Swiss organisations. The Affective team, led by our Managing Partner, Torben Emmerling, is thrilled to have contributed expert insights to the article. More will follow soon.
